You can obtain Spell Stone Powder through dissembling Old Accessories & Master Items & less used ''normal'' accessories .
NOTE: To Obtain 1x Exp Jar you can buy an empty Exp Jar in Sundries for 5.500.000 and right click to fill it up:
In RevolutionKO the Perks System will be unlocked in stages:
(You can always be informed in game on how many perk points are available)
NOTE: You can reset your perks whenever you want.
